Brianna Griffin - Sr. Project Manager
With more than 15 years on the team, Brianna has been an integral part of CSD operations from day one. She is known for lending a hand in any department when needed from design, estimating, accounting, business development and production management. Her tenure with the company exceeds all others, and the 12 years she spent as a Project Manager has given her a tremendous insight to our internal processes and unique industry dynamics. All of which serve her well as our Sr. Project Manager, and give her an advantage in leading our largest national clients. When she is not coordinating a new client branch or traveling to manage an installation, you can find Brianna on the co-ed soccer field mixing it up with the boys or on a nearby hiking trail with her husband Gabriel and 8 year old son Matthew.Favorite Project
Throughout the years of project managing at Clear Sign, I can honestly say that I do not have a singular favorite project. What I do have are great relationships from multiple accounts that I loved being a part of. The most enjoyable was managing the Charlotte Russe account for eight years, especially when we had stores located in Outlet Malls. This is when their “sign standards” usually transformed into something unique. I am still proud of the fact our team completed nearly 300 new locations and never missed one grand opening – a testament to our team’s focus and dedication to the cause.Hidden Passion
Brianna is a proud Mother of an energetic eight year old boy, and enjoys Vegan cooking, mountain biking, co-ed soccer player, hiking, camping, shoe shopping, family time, baking, Netflix marathons and all things that sparkle. Surprisingly, she is also a 2007 Olympic arm-wrestling Silver medalist and also known for her appearance on season 3 of TV show Survivor… OK, just kidding on those last two. Did I mention she is a really good Project Manager?
Steve Weddell - President
Founded in 1981, Clear Sign & Design has always been a byproduct of the creative mind of Steve Weddell. With his vision and determination the 35-year old company has grown strategically to what it is today. Steve’s resolve and passion for excellence stems not just from being a savvy business owner, but more intriguingly from his professional training as an artist & graphic designer. This background set the stage early on that Clear Sign was an extension of Steve’s vision. His passion for design was officially transferred into creating not only beautiful signage that played a role in properly branding and communicating – but could do so with the highest level of quality enabling Steve’s projects to last much longer than his local competition. If you have had the pleasure to work with Steve you would understand when I say his passion is as strong as ever to deliver a product that meets the needs of his customers combining design, quality, creativity and integrity to everything he does.Favorite Project
With 35 years of projects its hard to pick just one but the most challenging one and a favorite of mine was the San Diego Zoo Exit Sign. Weeks of design collaboration and engineering consideration took place before the final product was approved for fabrication. The key element of the project was creating an abstract bird, constructed of aluminum with kinetic wings that would fly wherever the ocean breeze will take it. Demanding creative, mechanical and technical skillset from the CSD team from inception to completion is what really set this project apart from all others. At the end of the day it was a project the entire team could be proud of – and it winning “Best Sign Design of 2012” from the International Sign Association didn’t hurt either.Hidden Passion
Steve has a passion for creative arts of all kinds, technology, cooking, hunting, fishing, traveling, spending time with family, finding new restaurants, photography, videography, designing he can get his hands on, playing with his two dogs and spending the day at a classic car show.
Marilyn Day - Business Manager
A member of the Clear Sign team since1987, Marilyn has played a large role in strategically growing Clear Sign during the past 28 years, and has experienced the benefits and the challenges of the countless business cycles during her career. Marilyn’s resolve and passion for excellence has been a key asset in developing the team and the administrative side of the company from HR to Project Management, Purchasing and Accounting since day one. Her leadership has been the backbone of our organization and continues to play a key role even today.Favorite Project
To be honest, I’m not sure I can single out one project from my nearly three decades worth of projects. But I can think of a favorite customer we have had the pleasure of working with over the years... and that’s K1 Speed. It has been great to work along side them and watch them grow just as we did in the early days. I still remember the first location be built here in Carlsbad back in 2005. Since then, we have worked together on 22+ locations all across the country from San Diego to Florida and everywhere in between. Our mission to find customers that share our same passion for excellence is never ending, Which is why nearly 10 years later – Our alliance continues to forge on.Hidden Passion
When not in the office running reports and tackling HR issues, Marilyn can be found tending to her two rescued dogs and the neighborhood feral cats. She also enjoys creative arts of all kinds, technology, spending time with her family, going to the movies, Food Network marathons, finding new restaurants to visit, wine tasting and Grand Prix racing at the Carlsbad K1 Speed!
Gabe Griffin - General Manager
With more than 19 years of construction and management experience under his belt, Gabe has developed a highly effective management and leadership style that brings tremendous value to our organization. Going on 12 years with the team, his relentless work ethic and passion for excellence are truly second to none. Adding to his responsibilities, Gabe also finds time to give back to the industry as a local IAEI member and a contributor to three ISA and WSA technical committees. Gabe was also recently added to the NEC’s code making panel-18 where he donates his time on behalf of the ISA to help represent the sign industry as a whole, as he tackles important electrical sign safety, code and protocol. Promoted to General Manager in 2012, Gabe has shown incredible flexibility lending a hand to anyone that needs it, all the while working hard to lead the team responsible for the amazing quality, unique solutions and client centric service for which Clear Sign is widely known for.Favorite Project
My most notable project was the Bridgepoint Education High Rise we completed back in 2011 - mostly due to the combination of tight timeline, the obvious safety / liability issues, and the high profile aspect of the project. The scope included removing and replacing (2) sets of 6' tall channel letters 415’ above the public right of way using a unique building-top swing stage with 16' parapet walls. This is the type of project that really tests a team’s ability to plan, focus, and execute... At the end of the day, our team simply delivered. Weeks of strategic planning, careful engineering, and flawless orchestration by our installation team led to us finish the job several days early. And when the job was complete, seeing that our sign was brighter than the competition didn't hurt either.Hidden Passion
Proud father, mountain biker, musician (drummer)(in a past life), certified CA electrician, holds an NCCO crane operator and class B license, admittedly loves photography, playing chess, designing, branding, marketing, videography, vegan cooking, family road trips, camping, hiking, audio books, nutra-bullet shakes and anything related to self development. On the opposite end, dislikes flying, roller coasters, the beach and a lot of other things most normal people would consider fun.
Frank Bojorquez - Production Manager
Creating Artwork has been a passion for Frank Bojorquez for as long as he can remember. Like many artists, his canvas has changed several times throughout his life but his passion has not. Frank’s love for painting led him down several paths, but hand-painting signs is what made Frank realize that not only could he do something he loves, but he could make it a career. So at the age of 19 he opened his own sign shop. Soon after that, his talents were in demand by a much larger company, and Frank spent the next seven years as a production manager designing and building thousands of projects for well-known clients like Coca Cola. After much success in his hometown of Mexicali, Mexico, Frank immigrated to Southern California in 2001 and quickly put his sign-industry talents to work, joining the Clear Sign team in 2002. Frank has been an incredible asset to our company’s success and growth over the last 15 years. Not only does he bring 25 years of sign experience to the table, but he also brings a wealth of knowledge in Installation, CNC and CAD operation as well as painting skills and graphic production. Frank’s passion for art still burns strong today as he often refers to his job as his hobby, and it shows in his attention to detail and ever-present search for perfection.Favorite Project
By far the most satisfying for me was the large monument we built for the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park. This project brought many unique challenges that always seem to bring out the best in our team. From the cast-in-place concrete walls with custom stain and anti-graffiti coating, to the 25’ long multi-layered rhino, this project was unique from end to end and I am proud to have been apart of it.Hidden Passion
Vegetarian lifestyle, Youth leader at a local community church, Outdoor sports and recreation of all kinds, Mountain Biking, Camping, Family Time, Technology lover, avid reader and a well-known DJ at a local night club. OK, maybe the last one was stretching it…
Scott Oliver - Lead Installer
With more than 18 years of construction and electrical experience under his belt, Scott brings a tremendously high level of professionalism to our installation department. Going on 8 years with the team, Scott’s relentless work ethic and passion for excellence are truly second to none. Promoted to Lead Installer back in 2011, Scott has shown incredible flexibility lending a hand to anyone that needs it, all the while working hard to lead the team responsible for the amazing quality, unique solutions and client centric service for which Clear Sign is known for. When he is not on the end of a 65’ boom truck, Scott can be found somewhere in San Diego spending time with his family or on the local trail with his modified Jeep.Favorite Project

Proud father, downhill mountain biker, certified CA electrician, holds an NCCO crane operator and class B license, admittedly loves taking mid day naps, swimming, watching movies with his daughter, all you can eat seafood dinners, swing stages, and long walks on the beach.
Seth Long - Lead Fabricator
More impressive than Seth’s resume of welding certifications and 18-year portfolio of custom fabrication is the potential that was realized when we plugged him into our million-dollar production facility. Seth’s blend of engineering and fabrication experience is a great advantage when working on projects of all shapes and sizes. Unlike many other fabricators, for Seth... the more complex the better. His fearless approach to problem solving, coupled with his creative ideas in value engineering, brings tremendous value to our team and customers alike. The sky is the limit when a talent like Seth is injected into a facility with as many in-house capabilities as ours. But when he is not playing around in solid works or TIG welding 316 Stainless Steel, Seth can be found at home working on one of his project cars or on the local hiking trails with his young family of five.Favorite Project
One of my favorites is the San Diego Zoo “Plan Your Day” sign. It had two LCD displays that could broadcast any media and constantly change, the dimensional letters seemed to flow and fit, everything we did to this sign seemed to fit just right, from the cam locked doors we routed out to the mounts for the displays. I got to spend a lot of time in 3D Solid Works building this sign and working out every detail before going into production with it. Evidence of my obsession is the fact that certain dimensions are permanently stuck in my head, I know what had to be improvised and could write a step-by-step assemble/disassemble if needed from memory alone.Hidden Passion
Seth is a master of repurposing “stuff” (junk, trash, refuse etc.) He admittedly never throws anything away and likes creating new useful things from old discarded stuff. Like making chairs from pallets, dash knobs for a hot rod from old machine parts, or planter boxes from old channel letters. Seth will always need stop at garage sales and thrift stores to find other people’s junk to turn into something awesome. He is also handy around the kitchen, loves hiking and binging on the internet until 3am.
Adrienne Schurmann - Design Coordinator
With 10 years of industry experience, Adrienne Schurmann is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to creative design. Straight out of college she was trained in graphic design and was introduced to the sign world in 2006. Since then she has developed her skill-sets and fed her passion for creating unique and purposeful design. From simple logo’s to entire architectural packages that include monuments, unit IDs, evacuation maps, and code compliant signage. Where Adrienne really shines, is in finding new materials to influence her creative spirit and to help differentiate from past projects. If you have had the pleasure of working with her – you’ll understand that her passion for design and art come from deep within, and spills out into everything she touches. Combine that passion with her experience and knowledge in production and the possibilities become endless.Favorite Project
There are so many projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on in the last 10 years... I think the two that stick out the most was a project called Echelon (Las Vegas) and another called Ten Fifty B (San Diego). Both of these projects let me hunt down new materials and new techniques, to create truly unique packages that widened the barriers of what a conventional sign package can become. These projects also provided me with some valuable experience, as I was able to closely follow them through every phases of production - watching our craftsmen bring my concept to life.Hidden Passion
When finally peeling herself away from the computer, Adrienne loves being, what her friends call her, a photo ninja. She loves photography and tries her hardest to make sure no one sees her when she’s doing it. She also loves finding new hot restaurant spots with her honey, Rob. She swears that Peruvian food is the best, loves going on Vegas trips with her family, late night bowling, finding new things to stick in her crockpot, watching all genres of movies, having board game marathons and deep sea diving for pearls... OK, maybe that last one was a stretch.
Rod Gibbons - Project Manager
For over three decades Rod Gibbons has dedicated much of his time and energy into the construction industry. The first 10 years were like most – tackling the majority of a sites grunt work and doing everything possible to differentiate his skills from the crowd. With a solid work ethic and a natural leadership ability it wasn’t long before he was managing projects for a large national builder. The following 20 years have benefited Rod by deepening is knowledge base and building upon his previous experience. If you have had the pleasure of working with Rod recently you’ll know his transition into the sign industry over the last few years have been a successful one. With such a rich construction background, Rod perfectly compliments the rest of our Project Management team.Favorite Project
This is very difficult, because I find all projects have their own unique characteristics and lessons. Thankfully... the lesson I feel is most important within our industry was one of my first, taught by Caswell of NC. This is where I and two other tradesmen were sent to NC and were formally trained on building indoor shooting ranges for the DOD. When we returned home, we hand built a team that would ultimately exceed all expectations. The lessons learned were simply, teamwork, safety, and respecting your trade. These lesson have held true no matter where I found myself and even more evident in the custom sign business. Further applying those lessons with the Department of Navy and the State of California officials has taught me that I need to always take pride and ownership of my projects from start to finish.Hidden Passion
Father of three wonderful and grown girls, admittedly addicted to going to the gym, has enjoyed playing competitive racquet and paddleball for more then 40 years (no joke... He’s good) Has been an Awana director for his church for the last eight years working with young high school students, Enjoys all types of sports whether it be watching or playing. Last but not least... Fishing, camping, horse racing, concerts, and travel... wrap up the list of favorite types of entertainment.
Jessie Segura - Lead Installer
Having been on team Clear Sign for more than 9 years, Jessie brings a tremendous amount of professionalism and experience to our installation department. Since day one, Jessie has been practicing his trade and refining his skills as they apply to every aspect of his game. Recently promoted to Lead Installer, Jessie has shown incredible flexibility and attention to detail towards his demanding schedule no matter where the challenge presents itself. Combined with his unique ability to combat complex problems with creative solutions, Jessie has played an important role sustaining a high level of professionalism and accountability to an already fast paced high-risk department. Always seeming to find himself on the next high-rise project, Jessie’s capabilities in the field are truly endless.Favorite Project
My favorite and most satisfying project by far was our recent completion of a large 4000 sqft wall mural custom fabricated with 316 SS and accented with nearly 1000 feet of direct and indirect LED lighting. It depicts a scene of four anglers fishing for tuna as a tribute to San Diego’s rich fishing history. To add in the complexity of this project all sections needed to be assembled on the wall, including a mirage of 100+ 4x8 wall pattern tiles, which was accessible only via swing stage platform, all within 10’ feet of the MTS trolley right of way. Which meant special MTS training, flaggers and constant interruption. At the end of the day, I couldn’t be happier with how are team pulled together to make sure this product was executed properly and without incident. It is a San Diego landmark the entire team can be proud of.Hidden Passion
Jessie keeps himself busy on and off the clock. When not practicing his trade you can find him on mountain biking trails, camping, spending time with his family, playing with his dog Ruca, constant trips to the desert, or detailing his truck. He admittedly loves technology, swing stages, daffodils, hammer drills, long walks on the beach and tearing up the sand dunes on his YFZ450.
William Marshall - Account Executive
William began his career in the sign industry over 25 years ago moonlighting as an electrical lighting retrofit technician while serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy. After graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, William continued his career in the sign industry working in the field as a service technician, electrician and installer. Armed with this valuable perspective and a broad understanding of field logistics and client interaction he then moved into project and operations management before owning and operating his own sign shop for over a decade. William’s passion for the sign industry, and respect for his fellow tradesmen blends well with his extensive experience, creativity and work ethic… making him an invaluable asset to Clear Sign and also gives a distinct advantage to his diverse and loyal customer base. William’s passion for exceeding the expectations of his clients is clear to everyone that has the privilege to work with him. His dedication to his work truly sets him apart from the crowd of “me too” competition.Favorite Project
I know it will sound cliché… but I honestly have no singular favorite project that stands out from the thousands I have been blessed to be apart of. What does stand out for me when I look back are some of the great friendships and relationships I have been fortunate enough to acquire. My passion for this industry revolves around the products I get to work with and the people I get to meet. My ability to serve my clients to the best of my ability and help improve their business or project gives me an enormous amount of satisfaction. Its this desire to serve, met challenges, and attempt to make complex things simple that fuels me everyday to do it all over again…. And my drive has only increased as I enter my 25th year in the industry.Hidden Passion
One of William’s greatest passions is simply to learn. He challenges himself to learn something new every day… evident by love for reading, and never-ending desire to be the best tradesmen he can be. He is a self-diagnosed exercise lover, which includes early morning gym workouts, playing racquetball (preferably racquet-free), swimming (like a fish), and bowling with his family. Other hobbies include catching the latest movie (He is a certified Redbox Pro), motorcycles and indoor range shooting at Oceanside’s Iron Sights. His guilty pleasures include Entenmann’s chocolate covered doughnuts, Shark Tank and House of Cards marathons, Caramel Macchiatos and short walks on the beach.

With more than 12 years of related experience Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge and administrative experience to our team. With her current role, Kristin is able to apply her skill sets across a wide range of projects, clients and special assignments. When she is not processing service calls or managing projects Kristin can be found on any one of her collection of musical instruments including but not limited to her piano, guitar, drums and saxophone.Favorite Project
I am going to stray away from designating a favorite project and rather pick my favorite account, which is Navy Federal Credit Union. Having provided interior and exterior signage for hundreds of coast to coast locations and getting to see first hand how just how dedicated the NFCU team is to this client is remarkable. From design, to permits, production and installation the process is rich with passionate staff members who go above and beyond the call of duty each day to make sure the client is getting everything they need, whenever they need it. The dedication and flexibility are truly a work of art, and I am proud to be apart of it.Hidden Passion
Kristin is a not-so hidden lover of ALL types of music and instruments or all kinds, she even takes vocal lessons in her free time. Her passion for music also fuels her collection of vinyl records and a goal to become a youth choir director some day. She loves excessive, long walks on the beach... Netflix marathons, her 16 year old kitten named “tommy two times” and her 1 year old puppy named “Maynard”.
Victoria Rivera - Project Coordinator
With more than 7-years of business experience related to several departments ranging from HR to Project Coordination Victoria brings a tremendous amount of skill, experience and passion to her work. Like most of us... Victoria wants nothing more than to be apart of a positive and capable team. To that team, she brings excellent conflict resolution ability; great organizational skills and the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Victoria takes pride in her work, and that is evident in all of the projects she has been apart of. Supporting our dedicated sales team suites her skill sets well, and her passion for excellence blends perfectly with our client-centric culture.Favorite Project
My favorite project to date is was the Alexan Melrose apartment project for TCR construction. Not for any flashy design or extravagant features – but for the subtle integration and compliments to the existing architecture. For instance, when Joseph decided to pull a fabric from the pool furniture to accent the walls signs. These small details really look fantastic when you walk the completed project.Hidden Passion
Working out at the gym at least 3 times a week, dancing latin music such as merengue, cumbias and bachata. Married to her wonderful Husband since 2011 and a proud mother of a spunky 2 year old daughter. She admittedly loves taking family trips to Disneyland and anniversary trips with the husband anywhere outside of the United States. Weekends are always filled with friends and family parties. Favorite words to live by... “Live, Laugh and Love”
Amanda Rich - Designer
For the last several years, Amanda has been honing her own personal design style and adding to the tools acquired from a formal design education. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, and a hunger for a challenge Amanda has worked with several local companies to create impactful branding guidelines and attention grabbing logo designs not to mention full print and web design packages. Amanda’s refined style and contemporary flavor suites our industry well, and blends well with todays trending design direction. Amanda brings a fresh perspective and additional capabilities to our already talented design team, taking to another level and giving us additional tools to better serve our clients.Favorite Project
Mostly because I lived in Las Vegas for 13 years, I am going to choose a group of Las Vegas properties we completed in 2016 as my favorite project. This particular job consisted of (8) large multi-family property rehabs, that included full site remodels and complete sign replacements. With more than 3500 units within 400 buildings all being done simultaneously, this project tested our team in several ways ranging from logo creation, design package turn around, production and installation. Once the dust settled and the success of the rebrand was complete – it quickly became the largest project I had personally been apart of and a project our entire team was able to take pride contributing to.Hidden Passion
Amanda fuels her immense appetite for creativity with a combination of painting, baking and reading. Whenever she needs ideas, relaxation or fun she goes to a canvas using her favorite acrylic paints that decorate the rooms of her home and office. When she's not covered in paint, she's cooking up a storm in her kitchen for her close friends and family. Around the office, She's most known for her delicious cookies, cupcakes and brownies... oh, and she is also a pretty good designer too. Ultimately, reading is Amanda's escape into relaxation. She is also a self-diagnosed Barnes & Noble addict, water junky (pool or beach) and currently holds the CSD record for continues hours spent watching movies and bingeing on mexican food – serious, she is crazy...

Moving on from the furniture industry, Mark became an account executive for a nationally recognized manufacturer of storage buildings. Mark’s ability to connect and follow through with potential customers and his knowledge of the product and industry are his strongest assets. Developing a customer relationship based on respect and trust are the focus of Mark’s contribution to his role at Clear Sign & Design.Favorite Project
One project that stands out for me personally was Herald Stephens Jewelers. What makes this project so interesting to me is the blend of vendor client dynamic and the timeless design and fabrication. In business, we always strive to surround ourselves with like-minded people, products and vendors. In this case, this client was focused on quality, durability and design. Which directly aligned with Clear Signs goals and made this relationship a perfect fit. Add to that, the simple, elegant and timeless design that was chosen and the fact that no shortcuts were taken in making this a durable 10+ year product. From the 316 SS skin, ½” glass face and high quality LED’s... no expenses was spared in making this the best it could be. For me, that connection and alignment of ideals is my driving goal, and to see it so perfectly executed is a wonderful thing.Hidden Passion
Simply put... Mark is a self-diagnosed golf addict. When not spending time dreaming of, and participating in anything golf related, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Julie, son Max and daddy’s girl Casey. Mark also enjoys Deep sea fishing, hiking and spelunking... Basically anything near or in the water. He is a Die hard New England sports fan (grew up in CT.) Self admitted “fantasy geek” football, baseball, golf, women’s hockey…you name it. Don’t forget to add Binging on Netflix with the kids. Did I mention he likes playing golf?
Stephen Kelley - Project Manager

At the end of the day, he takes great pride in what he is able to provide his clients beyond the expected design and products.Favorite Project
While it’s hard to pick one project as my favorite out of the hundred’s I’ve worked on over the last 10 years, one of the most rewarding was a small private school in San Diego named Concorde Career College. This is my favorite project largely due to the profound impact our signage had on the campus. The benefit to the look and feel is hard to describe, but hearing from the schools President on how well the entire package helped the school was highly satisfying, and gave all of the motivation needed to continue brining value to all of the projects I have had the pleasure to work with.Hidden Passion
Some of his hidden passions include: Riding motorcycles through the amazing So Cal canyons and chasing sunsets for epic photos. He is a certified technology lover and shares a passion for healthy eating, fitness, rock climbing, naked twister, furry animals, and attending local car shows.
Troy Wedberg - Designer
The most interesting sign guy in the world? Quite possibly, depending on who you talk to. Troy was born and bread in Los Angeles County then transplanted to San Diego in 1991. U.S. Army veteran, SDSU graduate and current title holder of the San Diego County Surf Fishing Championship 2008-present. With these kind of credentials who needs a resume? All joking aside Troy is a lifetime member of the designer lifestyle and enjoys applying his skills to the ultra unique world of custom signageFavorite Project
By far my favorite project to date was a high end apartment project in Point Loma. This property had several upgraded sign touches and they all worked together to bring the property alive. Internally, the collaboration and team work on this job was incredible to witness! And the end result? World class signage and a great value to our customer.Hidden Passion
Three-Dimensional design and Quantum Physics as it applies to signage in the real world. What does that mean to you? Attention to detail and precision that has only been seen before in laboratories and highly classified government think tanks. Oh, and Motorsports! He loves racing.
Karoline Peacock - CRM Administrator
Finding candidates that truly understand the importance of our “client-centric” culture is more difficult than most people realize. To further complicate the recruitment process is the truth that some of the most ideal future team members are packaged or advertised as anything but. I consider Karoline one of those stand out employees that despite having no industry experience is as perfect as a fit as they come. Her back ground in retail is applied perfectly towards our administrative projects where maintaining strong motivation and client centric fire can be difficult. Karoline’s willingness to exceed what is asked of her and do so within a tight timeline makes her a valuable addition to our team. Although she spends most of her time behind the scenes – Karoline is responsible for several back-end systems, processes and operations.Favorite Project
My favorite project was the Ariel Luxury Suite’s new mural designed to replace the hidden Wyland whaling mural in downtown San Diego. This project required a lot of organization and teamwork to see it through to completion. Not only is this new mural a beautiful addition to the elaborate sign package and modern LED building lighting, but also a tribute to a rich San Diego history. Seeing our install team in action on this project was also a piece of art, considering the many hazards, distractions and overall difficult scope of work.Hidden Passion
When she isn’t at Clear Sign headquarters plowing through the daily projects, Karoline is most likely to be found at home cleaning up the messes left by her two adorable puppies, enjoying the company of her significant other, and creating something new and exciting in the kitchen. Karoline has an affinity for all things living; from planting new gardens to creating new terrariums for reptiles and setting up fish tanks for more fish, she always has new projects in que and is known for keeping a long personal honey-do-list in order to keep her occupied.
Tera Crump - Accounting Clerk
Pround mother to three brilliant daughters. On the weekends you can find her on the soccer field cheering from the side lines, tearing it up as the second baseman on the softball field, hiking new trails, trying new cuisines and recipes, blazing the dunes (in the desert) in her said rail, camping at the beach with her family and friends, forever student and avid reader, Wii Just Dance champion and loves to go bowling.
Alissa England - Account Executive Assistant
With 12+ years of administrative & customer service experience, Alissa has developed a solid technical base that serves our list of loyal customers well. Sharing in our teams client-centric culture, Alissa has found a passion for working in a team environment along with supporting coworkers and clients alike. A typical overachiever, Alissa strives to bring the highest level of satisfaction on projects both internal and external. A motivated and reliable individual, there is not a technology, software program, or task she will not come out on top of thanks to various industry experience.Favorite Project
Personally, I don’t know how anyone has chosen just one given the depth of our portfolio. One project that has definitely caught my eye based on the creative products and classic design style was THE REY Apartment high rise building in Downtown San Diego. I love the architecture and simple style. I feel that the signage does a good job at complimenting what the architecture is saying. The icing on the cake for me is the cool LED illuminated unit ID signs. This is the first I have ever seen such a unique product designed to not only provide the typical need for a code element, but it also adds a splash of wall light thanks to its creative design.Hidden Passion
You may never guess, but at a towering 5’1” this fire cracker loves playing volleyball and watching football. When she is not at work, hitting the court, or cheering the Denver Broncos on (please don’t hold that against her – she gets enough harassment from the resident Charger fans), you can find her wondering to new coffee shops, tasting new wines, dancing the night away or writing raps (serious, she is good).
