INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

We are seeking talented individuals who want to build a successful career with our team. This position is ready for a hard working and creative individual that can deliver the results needed to succeed. Potential candidates should have a blend of manufacturing experience / tool and equipment basics, and enthusiasm to adopt our working culture and apply it towards all aspects of their work. Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 2 years experience with an electrical sign company.

Duties will include:

  • Electric sign installation (LED, Neon, Fluorescence)
  • Electric sign service (LED, Neon, Fluorescence)
  • Project Site Surveys / Job Walks.
  • Installation Equipment Maintenance and Repair.
  • Installation of commercial and architectural signage.
  • Product delivery and Pick-up.
  • Working on high profile projects. Generally local, but sometimes national.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely with high-reach equipment.
  • Strong Attention to detail & DRUG FREE.
  • Passion to excel no matter what the task is at hand.
  • Clean CA state drivers license.
  • Good Physical shape (no lingering injuries)
  • Good Attitude (works well with tight-nitch team)
  • Ability to work non-standard hours (early AM, nights and weekends) when required.
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week.

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Current OSHA-30 and UL training.
  • 2+ Years Installing electrical / Architectural signage.
  • CA State General Electrical Certification.
  • CDL Class-B License w/ air brake endorsement.

Compensation for this position will be hourly and can vary depending on experience. FULL benefits package includes optional HEALTH and DENTAL insurance, Vacation / PTO, paid holidays and a 401K program.
