North County’s Premier Electrical Sign & Lighting Company is now accepting applications from talented individuals with a passion for creating excellent results. We are currently searching to fill a position in our INSTALLATION and MAINTENANCE department.

This position is ready for a hard working and creative individual that can deliver the results needed to succeed. Potential candidates should have a blend of manufacturing experience / tool and equipment basics, and enthusiasm to adopt our working culture and apply it towards all aspects of their work. Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 1 year experience with an electrical sign company or equivalent.

Compensation for this position will be hourly and will range based on experience. This is a dynamic position that will have the option for growth depending on performance and aptitude. Vacation, PTO, Health, Dental and 401K are also available. Applicants must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Must be able to cope with a changing schedule, early AM start times, night, weekend and out of town work and be ready to train. Be comfortable working on or near electricity, on ladders and lifts, crawl spaces and out doors in the cold or heat.
