One of the world’s most recognized luxury brands, The Ritz Carlton, is making its entrance into Arizona’s most affluent and desirable area, the town of Paradise Valley. This long awaited marriage will bring together a masterfully crafted community of luxury Residences within the gates of what will soon become the pinnacle of sophisticated, full service resort living. We are so excited to unveil what our team has created for this ultra luxurious project. No expense has been spared, and the work that our craftsmen have created will be nothing less than show stopping. Our efforts started on the phase one condos which are nearly complete. Opening in the fall of 2024, is the 215 room hotel with delightful discoveries at every turn, including secret gardens, oxygen enriched guest rooms, on site citrus groves, and a grand 400 foot swimming pool. Both of these properties rest in the center of a grand 20 acre plot with several more phases in planning. Each phase will have it's own unique twist providing our team the ability to flex our creative muscle as we create products that not only look beautiful, and but can withstand the harsh desert environments.
