Wateridge Pointe was acquired in 2019 to expand BioMed’s presence in the Wateridge Business Park area. Wateridge Pointe represented an opportunity to selectively reposition existing vacancy as well as the broader campus to a higher and better life sciences use. Part of that strategy included a robust rebranding and design build effort to replace most of the signage on the property that ranged from interior ADA, exterior wayfinding, tenant master sign plan, and exterior branding. An effort we were so excited to be apart of, and which provided clear results in the curb appeal of the property.
