It is amazing what a little painting, landscape and a pope of color can do for an aging commercial property. In this case, ORIGIN. An expansive 255,000+ sqft. 13 building behemoth in dire need of a refresh and reposition. Our efforts included a full design build package that thoughtfully coordinated an eye-catching exterior sign package. The juxtaposition of brushed aluminum behind the orange accent color provides the perfect curb appeal against the neutral building colors giving ORIGIN the modern flare it was looking for.
