Nestled in east Escondido this expansive garden style community is home to over 500 housing units. In 2019, TruAmerica took ownership of the property and contracted Clear Sign to help re-brand this aging community with a stylish exterior sign package. An assemblage of natural cedar, LED backlighting and digitally printed panels now occupy the space of the previously delaminating monument signs. Cool gray signs with a pop of yellow now sprinkle the rest of the property providing some interest against the neutral building colors.
