The Grand

Located in the Bay Area of California, this Design Build effort alongside Ledcor allowed us to incorporate some fun elements into their traditional bay front living, with a modern twist. This allowed us the opportunity to design a modern LED unit entry sign which are not only code compliant but really warm the space. The traditional exterior with dominate structural features and use of brick provided the perfect backdrop for a large vertical hand painted logo. Another design build success indeed.
